The Leadership Inventory for Female Executives (LIFE) program is designed to strengthen leadership capacity by increasing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, communication, and strategic decision-making. Overview:
This is a 40-hour course presented over five days that combines leadership assessments, facilitated discussions, practical exercises, action learning, coaching, and group projects to promote personal and professional growth. Participants complete leadership inventories, evaluate emotional intelligence competencies, develop coaching and mentoring skills, explore organizational leadership challenges, and create individualized leadership development plans. The course is designed for current and aspiring female law enforcement supervisors, managers, and executives seeking to strengthen their leadership effectiveness and prepare for future leadership opportunities.
